Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every parent (and little sidekick!) to love their purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days.

To start a return, email lara@littlesidekick.co.nz. Returns go to Upper Hutt, NZ, 5018.

Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.

Damaged or Faulty items?
Email lara@littlesidekick.co.nz with your order number and a photo. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible!
